Corsair is FTW! its so for the win! this ram stick i bought was a great choice, i just put it in in my slot and wow that easy! now i have 3gigz this is great i really like Corsair they have some high performance kick ass RAM!!!!!!!!!!! Buy it if u want the best in the market.

I purchased this product for my notebook computer for which it was advertised. When it arrived it was too small – indeed half the size required. I told them about this and was told how to return it. This I did re-using exactly the same packaging as it had been sent to me. They now claim that they have not received the returns – hence no refund or replacement!
Amazon sent me an email asking about the service from PC Parts UK and said that if I had any dispute with the firm, to use their form to try to settle it. I did this and have been completely ignored!

I am using 14.1″ screen Toshiba Satellite M100 and for a year plus was being stucked with 1GB of DDR II 533MZ which make up of Hyundai HYMP564S64BP6-C4 and Kingston 512MB. I felt it is time to upgrade my memory. However, I was having trouble taking one of the RAM console underneath the keypad so I decided just to replace one of the RAM in at the bottom. Only 15.4″ has both RAM on the bottow which make upgrading an ease.
Although it wouldnt be running of dual channel since it is of different sizes, it is still working superbly. Now I am having 2558MB of Physical memory. I am very happy with Corsair and might just upgrade to 4GB in the future when I have the confidence to take apart my laptop.

I bought this for my Samsung NC10. Difficult to put together an extensive review since the memory worked as advertised. Reasonably simple to instal, once you get a small enough screwdriver. I found the right size in a model shop, by the way. Needs a certain amount of commitment to prise the door on the back of the notebook off. Probably counts as a nice-to-have rather than an essential accessory, since the performance benefits only appear in memeory intesive operations (obviously). But I feel more comfortable having more memory than not, and for the price this is a reasonable way forward.
