Dell photo A10 printer 924 chkd on line, USB virtual Printer port for printer chkd, Printer on with dell wifi?

attachment. 3 led on wifi attchment lit. tried printing. lost connection somehow , laptpop & printer not talking to one another. trying for weeks to rectify. help !!!!!
ie, what is set address utility box ? thanks

    This is a common problem with lexmark and dell wireless inkjet printers. the problem lies in the firmware for the printer, if you call dell and explain to them they should be able to talk you through the steps you need to update your firmware. otherwise check there website for updates for your printer.
