Did Globe Telecom had signal problems durring the Frank Typhoon or after the typhoon in Laguna, Philippines?
I am more interessted in the area of Calamba. Please try to give as many details as posible, including the hours when there was no signal on mobile devices. Thanks.

It is expected though that the signals could be fluctuating but I dont remember any major problems then.
