How do I connect Mario Kart DS to Nintendo WiFi?

I asked Mario Kart to search for an access point and it found my sky box, my wanadoo modem and two other access points that were next door but when I say connect (through WFC Match) it says no access point. The DS also says my settings are invalid.

i was playing mario kart wii on wifi and in timetrial rankings theres ALWAYS one person MILES ahead and when you watch the replay they do 1 lap, stop & turn around... then 2mins later they get a top score!! :( they are OBVIOUSLY hackers and what i want to know is, are nintendo sorting/going to sort this problem out? they are ruining the ... On 100cc and 50cc I have unlocked special cup. I came first on a Grand prix for both 50 and 100 cc. Why is the next cup not unlocked? Please help me!
