Has anyone booked a london hotel with a company called hoteldoorman.com?
I have booked online with this company for a hotel next week and to date I have had no confirmation and the phone is always on answerphone…Can anyone give any onfo on this company

i have never heard of it! i work as a receptionist and i have had customers coming in saying that they have a booking with us through a company but we don’t have the bookings!!! be careful, i would strongly suggest u to book directly with the hotel and ask for an email to prove that u have the booking! if they still don’t reply, cancel with them and book directly with a hotel, i will also recommend these reliable companies: londontown.com

Never heard of them, but I would keep calling and leaving messages until you receive a response. The hotel probably won’t have your booking until the day before you are due to arrive, so no point calling them. In future I would recommend using well known brands such as Lastminute.com, Hotel Desk, Londontown or expedia… you can try the hotel direct but you won’t always get the best price!
