How can I make totally free calls to New Zealand mobiles using a VOIP service?

I need to call my friend on his mobile in New Zealand. I've been looking for voip software online to do that but it was to no avail. I found sites but New Zealand was not included in their free countries list, and if it was, then calls were only allowed to landlines…Can someone please help me…!!! Thank u in advance.
