I need to generate a list of accounts on a linux system that have non-expiring passwords. I’m not looking to change them, but I do not know how to check the current maxage and password expiry information.

Try chage -l -This should show account info. There’s a man page at http://unixhelp.ed.ac.uk/CGI/man-cgi?chage+1
