Buy a PCI or USB wireless card for you Desktop.
First of all, make sure you have a USB or PCI wireless adapter. If you don’t, buy one (they go for $50 a pop for USB, just make sure they work with your operating system) and install the drivers. Then just connect to the network the way you would normally on a laptop.
You need a Data card and also a wi-fi connection from your provider.
