How many people are having trouble accessing b.t.Broadband option 1?
I am having trouble accessing my B.T.Option1 Broadband I have complained to B.T.about it but so far there is no change.
The problem is, when i switch on the computer,and it has booted up i can wait up to 3 1/2 mins before my password appeares and another 6minuites or more before access.

i got rid off bt as its crap
I have no problems with it, I don’t use the password to get in so therefore no problems. I can get on the net within seconds. Good Luck.
It does depend to some extent on the time of day – like how busy the ‘lines’ are.
As for responses from bt, the only rapid one I had was when leaving the network.
There are 2 possibilities
1 something in your PC is causing delay – maybe a bug o do a scan with Norton or something like it. Could also be some hang up between programmes – you’ll need an expert to ort this out. This seems likely to be the cause
2 Once you try to sign in the time it takes to connect is partly dependent on BT so check your connection speed

You may have the same problem as me forget 8mb I get less than 500kb sometimes only 200kb! For me it takes a while to connect but not 6 minutes
