How to record phone calls made by PC to mobile phones?

Hey all. Whats the best s/w (free obviously!) to record phone calls made by using s/w apps like Skype or VOIP to mobile phones around the world? I would like it to save as an MP3 or wav or something similar. Kindly help. Thanks!

i use skype + skypecap for recording, but not free…
I am not sure I understand the question…..which is due to my lack of familiarity with VOIP, not your question. I do know there are ways to record phone calls. See the article in sources on How to Record Calls.
I think if skype allows to record calls then most of the people will don’t trust, because it is not reliable, that is why I am using Vopium, which provides me complete security. And I think recording calls are totally unethical.
