i can pick up wifi on my itouch in a building i work in?

i can only pick it up down by the lobby, anyway of getting my itouch to pick it up on another floor, its only down by the lobby where its currently accessible,thanks

    it depends if theres a wifi connection by or in the building.

    see wifi is wireless and it only sends a nd receives to a specific distance… you might not be in range………….I.T expert
