I have a nokia n 95 mobile phone.but the themes which i downloaded are not getting animated in the phone why?

I have a nokia n 95 mobile phone.but the themes which i downloaded are not getting animated in the phone why?Please suggest me what should i do to animate the themes in my mobile phones.An animated theme doesn’t animate in the mobile?

    May I know the source of the theme? Some providers like ‘OwnSkin’ require a special software.
