Some problems in ActiveX, it can be solved but it is difficult and it is not a permanent solution. so i suggest you to re install the product which would make your problem go away.
Hmmm – you may not want to go down the road necessary to fix this your self.
You may need to edit your Windows Registry – You, that is you – should not do this.
Oh you cut your own hair – well maybe you’ll be ok – you’ll just look silly.

1st of all try updating windows. if using xp this is simple
Start menu> All programes or programes >(on mine it is the 4th from the top of the menu list it says) Windows update press this!. (be the way you’ll need a genuine copy of XP to used window update ,you should be okay if you bough you computer from a shop)This should help with the ActiveX controlls.
With most broadband and dial companies they should beable to send you the information you need on disk !
If you have this try and put the cd back in and it should install all the appropriate information. It might ask you to insert your username and password (this should be already know to you or in any of the letter that have been sent from them).
I hope this helps you
