Is their a voip software so simple that it only transmit voice?
No instant messaging, video chatting, but just chat. Have to be very simple. Not Skype, Yahoo, Live messenger.

Teamspeak or ventrillo are popular ones. However you need servers for it. But you can always join other people’s servers.
The problem with most of them, and I did *extensive* testing before deciding on one, is that the audio quality isn’t the best, or the server isn’t always up. I settled on Skype for both of those reasons – great audio and always there.
