is there any way to speed up my broadband connection both download and upload speeds?
my isp can only give me 1mb download and about 100kb upload is there any software available to speed up my connection can any one help i would be grateful

No.except youre isp will upgrade youre connection.
Absolutely none. There are several that claim to but they are a total waste of time. I have never found any that work.
You don’t say who you are with or where you are which doesn’t help.
There are so many reasons why you get a low speed. From distance from the exchange and line noise to your computer.
BT produce an “I plate “which isolates the bell wire in your socket and supposedly can increase speed by about1.5mbits.They sell for about £8.
Google it to find out if your socket is compatible.
