Too slow with incredibly annoying controls. To the point of just unacceptable playability. Don’t believe the hype as a too many “set scenes”, not original & generally a rather boring fps in comparison to ……. well you all know what.

    Bring on Modern Warfare 2.

Don’t believe the hype! I bought this game for £20 brand new thinking I had an excellent deal on my hands, how wrong I was. I was believing the hype and expected KZ2 to be something quite special, especially after hearing reviews on how it was as good as if not better than COD4 online and offline – madness!

The graphics in this game look 2nd to none but there is a reason for that. The graphics do not require a lot of power as it only has to detail in a grey background, only grey buildings, lack of colour and no tree’s as such, this is the reason why they can make a grey game look fantastic. Add in more detail and colour and the graphics wouldn’t be half as good so again the graphics are overrated on this game that does not require a strong graphics engine unlike UC2.

The movement of the player you control is not so slick compared to the COD titles. Infact it feels heavy and sluggish. Some would say this is more realistic, maybe so, but it makes it less fun none the less!

To me the game feels sluggish and boring and it’s an ugly game with ugly maps and a boring, rather chad campain mode!

Everyone that loves First Person Shooter games must have this game. It’s just AWESOME. I can’t find the words to describe it.

  5. This game has been praised for it’s graphics – but though nice, not to the standard as many fanboys claim…Very brown pallet, corridor to box room bland design, pre-fixed set pieces rather then real time, only a few variety of enemies. As a fps it plays more like MOH – follow set path, set piece is set off only when you reach that point, enemy respawn out of site, narrow paths to box room architecture, flimsy lightweight vehicles etc etc. This game has age fairly quick and highly recommend better fps out: Half Life 2, Bioshock 1 & 2, F.E.A.R.2, Borderlands, CODMW2.

To much hype for a sub standard fps.
