can any tell of a cheap mobile phone that has camera with disc to download on to the computer.and the camera should have a flash.for clear quite detail photos.and must be pay has you go.[swipe card]not any plans tariffs.and could you tell me roughly the price.best answer gets 10 points.5 stars

it depends, you didnt say anything about your budget,
if i were you id buy a 5 mega pixel camera and a standard mobile seperatly,
you can get the camera for about 50-90 quids and the phone from 20-170 depending on its abilities
