What colour shoes and accessories should I wear with a gold dress?
I am buying a burnished gold (not like gold lame, much duller) shift dress to wear to a wedding but have no idea what colour accessories, shoes or bag would go best, I was thinking black but then I changed my mind… I have no idea? Thanks

black would be good maybe black beads and dangly earrings , i was thinking silver but if your dress is gold u dont want to look too sparkly, so I would say black xx

Wear black shoes because it will go well with a gold dress. Accessories could have a dab of gold in it, but black as the main colour.
Either try and match the colour of your dress, or go for the safe option, silver.At least with silver you’d be able to match it with other outfits.

Id say beige,gold, colours more close to the dress colour. Black would be my back up plan if i couldnt find something more sutible…
