If my laptop is connected to the internet through wifi, and I plug in the ethernet cable, which of these will happen:

A. The laptop will remain using Wifi as the connection
B. The laptop will change to using cable as the connection
C. The laptop will use both Wifi and cable, making the internet connection even stronger
D. The two connections will cause conflicts, making the internet connection slower
E. Other?

The speed does not increase…..It doesn’t decrease either…..The only thing that happens is that the ethernet cable will be able to share the WiFi internet connection…..

Depends on which connection is active. If youre already on the internet with WiFi it will just continue using that until you activate the ethernet.
