What is the difference between a Intel WiFi Link 5100 802.11 Wireless-N Mini Card and a Dell Wireless 1397 802?

Im planning on buying a brand new Dell Laptop, and my issue is price difference. And I noticed with the difference comes a few changes in the computer. But what I want to know which one of those Wifi things are better than the other? The second one is on the cheaper laptop and Id like to know why it would be cheaper. Thank you in advance.

The Intel card can move a lot more bandwidth than the Dell card. Like 56mbs to 450mbs something like that anyway. The Intel card is only like $10 more expensive.
