that is a totally unanswerable question. as it has too many variables.
it depends on the quality of video, and the speed of the site you are accessing.
but to be helpful:
1) it doesn’t matter, as you can pause it, then watch it when there is enough buffered.
2) I would say 0.8MB from experience. using online videos on youtube.com and alluc.org
3) if you watch a lot of movies it will use up your usage limit very fast, as 1GB is 1000MB, and many films are about 400-1000MB online
